Looking to get your Telum serviced?
Simply fill out our service form HERE, ship your shock to us, and don’t forget to send us the tracking number. Once it lands at our shop, we’ll have it serviced and back on its way within 3 business days.
A full service includes:
- Shock thoroughly cleaned.

Mounting hardware and bearings removed and inspected for wear - Spherical bushings are replaced and are included in the price. Bearing replacement are not available.

Shock fully disassembled and inspected.

Replacement of all dynamic seals.

Re-stroking the shock if requested.*

Shock reassembled with new oil, vacuum bled, IFP reset, Nitro charged.

Shock tested on the dyno throughout it's adjustment range.

Original settings - or new settings** applied.

Shock is shipped back to you***
*Restroking the Telum is free of charge with a service, you will only be billed for any part necessary for the change in stroke.
**Retuning the Telum is free of charge, always!
*** Cost of shipping is covered for North American customers only, for customers outside of North America please reach out to support@vorsprungsuspension.com so we can direct you to your closest service center.
Please Note:
The price listed reflects standard service only, If upon inspection your shock requires additional work, the final cost may change. Any extra cost over 50$ CAD will be discussed with you prior to moving forward.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE CANADA:
When shipping to us from outside Canada, you'll need to fill out a commercial invoice - your shipping provider (UPS, USPS etc) will give you this. This is a document that tells the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) what's in the package and why it's being shipped. If this is done incorrectly, import duties will be applied, which we'll have to pass on to you - a hassle we'd both rather avoid! If you need assistance with this, please shoot us an email and we can make sure the paperwork is correct.
